Owning an S-Corp LLC, can I not be an owner?
Owning a S Corp LLC, can I not be an owner/employee buy paying themselves as an independent contractor 1099 for the labor? Im trying to not have to deal with the payroll (reasonable wage) requirement. Dont mind paying extra tax. A 1099 NEC is NOT technically compensation according to the Internal Revenue Code.
